PebbleGrip Return and Refund Policy

    • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be: a) In the same condition as you received it b) Unworn or unused c) With all original tags attached d) In its original packaging
    • You must provide the proof of purchase.
  2. How to Initiate a Return:

    • In your email, please include: a) Your order number b) The item(s) you wish to return c) The reason for your return
    • We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
    • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided.
    • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  4. Inspection and Refund Process:

  6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

    • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
  7. Exchanges:
    • We do not offer direct exchanges.
    • For the fastest resolution, please return the unwanted item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  8. Sale Items and Gift Cards:
    • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  9. Return Shipping Costs:
    • We cover the cost of return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent items.
    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
